Therapy is for everyone. 

I’m glad you’re here and I’m honored to walk with you in this journey. 

Imagine the freedom of being your authentic self. Do you ever get lost in your thoughts and emotions, while being tied down by endless responsibilities to others? Feeling like there’s not enough time or space to work on YOU. Sometimes this causes loss of self/identity, low self-esteem, anxiety, perfectionism, depression and dissatisfaction with life overall.

Often times, we believe that hardship is to be overcome with sheer will, resilience, courage and strength. With time we learn we can't do it alone. In this place of vulnerability, we learn that great success and healing comes with the support and encouragement from others.

Therapy is a safe and intentional process of working through these challenges. This can be accomplished by gaining the awareness and insight to making connections from past traumas, developing healthier boundaries and building meaningful relationships with our support system as well as with our authentic selves.

Therapy can feel scary and I completely get it. This is your chance to make the change you always needed. I look forward to walking alongside you as you take this time to discover a new path and redefine this season of your life.
